Instructions
Soak the sponge in warm water for a few minutes. Once it is full size, begin cleaning your body by moving the sponge in a circular motion, working in sections from top to bottom. You can use the sponge with or without a body soap or cleanser. Squeeze all the excess water out of your sponge and hang it up to dry after every use.
