First time at the studio?
Do I need an appointment?

Not strictly — walk-ins are welcome when the chair's open. For guaranteed availability (especially Thursday–Saturday), book online or call ahead.
Is there parking?

Metered street parking on Arthur Godfrey Rd. The Roosevelt has a small lot — first-come. Public lots one block north on 41st Street.
What should I wear in and out?

In: anything comfortable — we provide disposable thongs or you can bring small dark underwear. Out: loose, dark clothing. No jeans, no tight leggings — they can affect the developing tan. Flip-flops, not boots.
How long does it take?

Booth: about 5 minutes. Technician airbrush: 15 minutes. Budget 20 minutes total including check-in and dry-time before you leave.
Do you tan kids / teens?

Teens 14+ with a parent's signature on the consent form. Under 14, we politely decline — DHA application isn't recommended for younger skin.
Can I bring a friend?

Yes — bring as many as the chairs allow. Members get two guest passes per month (a friend's first booth visit is free).
