We don't absorb shipping and we don't mark it up — it goes on your order at cost and you recover it from your client. Your portal shows what comes off your balance before you confirm, and the rated shipping on the order itself.
How it works

You set your own retail price and collect from your client however you already do — cash, card, Venmo, your booking system. We only ever charge you the wholesale price.

Tell us where you sell and send your resale certificate. Approved accounts get a partner portal with live pricing and order history.
Prepay for your tier
Top up for the quantity you expect to work through. Fifteen units puts you on tier one, twenty-six on tier two, fifty-one on tier three — and that price holds for every unit you draw from it.
Your client buys from you
At your price, through whatever you already use to take payment. You never have to quote our prices to them.
We ship it blind
Pick the items, enter their address, and see what comes off your balance before you confirm. Out of Miami Beach, usually the next business day, in plain packaging with your name on the slip.

Mousse-tier items pool together: quantities across the 200 ml, Brown and 100 ml mousses add up to decide the tier, and each one is then billed at its own price for that tier. Own-tier items count only themselves. Pro-line gallons, liters and half-liters are not dropshippable, and the No-DHA mousse, Organic Hydrating Oil, mitt, sponge and blending brush aren't in the program yet while their pro pricing is confirmed — ask us and we'll quote them on a wholesale order.

Nothing about the product changes between these two columns — only how much you prepaid for. Tier one is a healthy margin. Tier three is the one that makes retail a real line of income rather than a courtesy to your clients.

Some things are wrong for a single-unit parcel — either too heavy to ship economically, or meant for a pro's back bar rather than a client's bathroom.

In summary: partner accounts are approval-gated. A valid resale or exemption certificate must be on file before your first order. Prepaid credit is non-refundable and usable only against program orders. Listing SoBe product on third-party marketplaces, or below the program's minimum advertised price, ends the account. Your brand on the front, our formula inside, and the batch lives on our shelf in Miami Beach — so you can sell single bottles to clients anywhere without a stockroom. Most salons never do this because they don't have a designer. That part is on us.

White label sits above standard wholesale pricing at the same unit count: labeling by hand, a dedicated shelf, and a per-partner SKU all cost us more than shipping you a plain case. The trade is that the bottle says your name.

Two labels per bottle — yours in front, ours behind.
The front is yours to change whenever you like. The back is a compliance panel we control and keep current — so you can rebrand your front art freely without ever touching the panel that carries the regulatory information.

No waiting list and nothing to earn first. Fifty units of one product is the floor — enough for a real run of your own bottle, small enough to find out whether your clients buy from you as a brand.

Before you order
What a batch commits you to.
- The stock is yours. Once your label is on a bottle, nobody else can sell it — so order to demand, not to hope.
- Unsold stock after twelve months ships to you in bulk at your cost, or is disposed of. This is in writing, and it isn't negotiable.
- A storage fee applies after six months with no movement on a batch.
- The program is capped at a small number of partners while our Miami Beach shelf is also working inventory.
- Your label carries no SPF, sun-protection, “FDA approved”, “chemical-free”, or medical claims — we're the manufacturer, so those are ours to refuse.
Not the same thing
White label, or private label?
White Label is our formula in our bottle with your label on it — fast, cheap to start, low risk. Private Label is a product built to your brief. Both exist; they suit different moments.

In summary: White Label batches are made to order and are non-refundable. Unsold stock is shipped to the partner at their cost, or disposed of, twelve months after receipt; storage fees apply after six months without movement. SoBe Tan remains the manufacturer and responsible person of record and may refuse any label claim. The full terms are provided before a batch is confirmed.
Before your first order
Every partner account needs a resale certificate on file.
You sell to the end customer and collect tax where you owe it; our sale to you is a sale for resale. Upload your certificate once from your account and approved accounts stop being charged sales tax on eligible orders — no code, nothing to remember. Every certificate is read by a person.

What pros ask before signing up.
Do I have to buy stock to start?

You prepay, but you never warehouse. Dropship runs off a prepaid balance: top up for the quantity that reaches a tier, and we hold those units here and ship them one at a time as your clients order. White Label is the one path where the stock is yours outright, and it starts at fifty units.
Is there a handling fee?

No. No per-order fee, no per-item fee, no monthly fee. You pay the wholesale price for the product and the shipping at cost, and nothing else.
Who pays the shipping?

Your client, in the end — we don't absorb it and we don't mark it up. Shipping goes on your order at cost and you recover it in what you charge them. Your portal shows exactly what comes off your balance before you confirm, so you always know the cost of an order before you place it.
Does every order need a particular product in it?

No. Any single item, any mix — there's no required product and no minimum per order. The only thing that sets your price is the tier you've prepaid for.
Will my client know it came from SoBe?

Not from the parcel. The outer packaging is unbranded and the packing slip carries your business name and order reference. The bottle itself is SoBe-branded on Dropship — putting your name on the bottle is what White Label is for.
Do I need a resale certificate?

Yes, before your first order ships. You're buying for resale, so we need the certificate on file to sell to you without charging sales tax. Apply anyway if you don't have one yet — we'll tell you what your state needs. Review eligibility.
Can I list SoBe on Amazon, eBay, or TikTok Shop?

No. Partner accounts can't sell SoBe product on third-party marketplaces, and the program sets a minimum advertised price. Undercutting the brand on a marketplace ends the account. Sell it to your own clients, in your own space, at your own price above that floor.
When can I get my own label on the bottle?

How is this different from wholesale?

The prices are identical — the same three tiers at the same fifteen, twenty-six and fifty-one unit thresholds. What differs is where the stock sits. On wholesale you buy the case and we ship it to you. On dropship you prepay for the same quantity, we keep it here, and we send single blind parcels to your clients as they order.
Can I dropship the pro-line solutions?

No. The pro line comes in half-liter, liter and gallon sizes — back-bar volumes meant for a pro's bench, not a client's bathroom — and the same goes for DMI and the Post-Spray Hydration Oil. They stay on the wholesale page. Academy products and gift cards are also out of the program.
What happens if my client wants to return something?

In this first phase returns come back to us in Miami Beach and we handle the exchange for you — you don't need a returns address of your own. Email us and we'll sort it with your client directly or through you, whichever you prefer.
