Before the first session.

01 Which tier should I start with?

If you've never sprayed before, start with the Training Video — it shows you what the e-book describes. If you've sprayed for a year and want to fix something specific, go straight to the 1-on-1. If you're opening a studio, the In-Person day pays for itself in the first month.

02 Are the e-book and video available in Spanish?

Yes. The page detects your storefront locale and routes the Add-to-Cart to the Spanish or English product silently — no language toggle needed. The same eight modules, fully translated, same price.

03 Do I get a discount if I buy more than one tier?

The e-book + video bundle is 20% off when purchased together. Tiers 3, 4, and 5 each include the video at no extra cost — so there's no need to buy it separately if you're booking a live tier.

04 Are sessions private?

Every live tier is private with Fabiola. The online class is just you and her on Zoom. The 1-on-1 is just you and her. The in-person day in Miami is just you and her in the studio — you spray real models with Fabiola standing next to you, not over a Zoom shoulder.

05 What does the certification let me do?

It gives you a SoBe-recognized credential, listing in our public studio directory, and access to our pro wholesale line (tiers 3+). It's not a state license — cosmetology laws vary by state and are covered in module 08.

06 Refunds, rescheduling, or skipping?

Digital tiers are non-refundable once accessed. Live tiers can be rescheduled up to 7 days out with no fee, 7 days or less for a 50% rebooking fee. Full refunds before any session is attended.

07 What if I want to bring a partner or staff to the in-person day?

Yes — you can bring a partner or staff member to your private day. Book both from the same checkout, or email hello@sobetan.com about a second-seat discount.
