These Terms govern your use of sobetan.com and the products and services we sell. By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet that requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after charging you, we'll refund the charge.

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Promotional prices and discount codes have stated rules, minimums, and expiration dates; we reserve the right to update or end promotions at any time.

Shipping timelines, costs, and carriers are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Studio bookings (spray tans, memberships, Spray Tan Academy) are subject to the booking system's cancellation and rescheduling rules, displayed at the time of booking. Memberships have a three-month minimum and may be canceled, paused, or switched after that — see the memberships page for details.

Spray-tan services are personal and non-refundable once performed. If you have a reaction or are unsatisfied, contact us — we'll do what's reasonable to make it right.

The SoBe Tan name, logo, product names, formulas, photography, and the editorial content on this site are owned by SoBe Tan or licensed to us. You may not use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (whether on this site or by tagging us on social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for SoBe Tan marketing — with attribution where reasonable.

• Don't use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose
• Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, server, or database
• Don't scrape, copy, or republish our content commercially without permission
• Don't impersonate SoBe Tan, our staff, or another customer
• Don't use the site to harass, defame, or threaten anyone

SoBe Tan products are cosmetic self-tanning products. They do not provide sun protection — always wear SPF for UV protection. Statements on this site about formulation, ingredients, and use have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or skin condition.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or are pregnant, patch-test first and consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns. Discontinue use and contact a clinician if you experience a reaction.

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SoBe Tan's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Some jurisdictions don't allow limits on certain liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally and isn't subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after we post changes is your acceptance of the updated Terms.
