Eligibility
Who the program is for.
The SoBe Creator Program is for people who genuinely use and recommend the product — beauty editors, clean-beauty creators, MUAs, brides, wellness writers, and the friends who get asked “what are you using?” There's no follower minimum; we approve for authenticity and audience trust.
We review every application and reply within five business days, yes or no, with a reason. We may decline or deactivate accounts at our discretion to keep the program aligned with the brand.
How the rewards work
You earn on every order.
- You earn 20% of every order placed with your code — calculated on the order subtotal after discounts, accrued automatically to your dashboard.
- Payouts: we confirm your payout method and timing with you at approval, and every payment is recorded against your balance. US partners paid $600 or more in a year complete a W-9 (IRS requirement).
- Your audience saves too: 10% off their one-time order.
- Your code is exclusive and never stacks. It can't be combined with subscription (Subscribe & Save) discounts, wholesale account pricing, bundle codes, or any other promotion.
Disclosure
Be honest about the partnership.
The law — and our preference — requires you to disclose that you earn a perk through your code. A clear “#partner,” “affiliate,” or “I get a discount when you use my code” in the caption is enough; bare “#ad” on its own isn't.
Show the product in honest, real use. Don't make claims we can't make: no “safe for everyone,” no medical or SPF-substitution language. Ask us and we'll send brand-safe phrasing.
Prohibited conduct
What keeps it fair.
- Using your own audience code on your own orders — commissions are for sales to your audience, not yourself.
- Posting your code to public coupon, deal, or cashback sites.
- Bidding on “SoBe Tan” or close variants in paid search.
- Spam, fake reviews, misleading claims, or bought followers.
Breaking these can pause or end your partnership and reverse any associated perks.
The fine print
Changes & guarantees.
We may update the program's terms, rewards, or eligibility — or end the program — at any time. Approval isn't a guarantee of income, paid campaigns, or any minimum number of sales. This program is separate from Wholesale, which is for licensed studios buying at trade pricing.

¿Cuál es la diferencia entre Creador y Mayorista?

¿Hay un mínimo de seguidores?

No. Hemos aprobado a creadores con 800 seguidores y a creadores con 800 mil. Nos importa la autenticidad y la confianza de la audiencia, no el alcance bruto.
¿Puedo usar mi código en historias/vídeos de unboxing?

Sí, úsalo donde nos mencionarías naturalmente. Historias, publicaciones, videos, descripciones, lecturas de podcasts, publicaciones de blog, boletines. Simplemente divulga la relación.
¿Hacen colaboraciones pagadas por separado?

A veces, para lanzamientos de productos y momentos de marca, trabajamos con un pequeño grupo de creadores en campañas pagadas, aparte del programa de afiliados. La aprobación en el Programa de Creadores es el primer paso para esto, pero no garantiza el trabajo pagado.
¿Puedo enviar a mis seguidores al estudio de Miami?

Sí. Estableceremos un código de reserva único para que las reservas de estudio rastreadas a tu audiencia también generen comisión (el mismo 15%). Particularmente relevante para creadores del área de Miami.
¿Qué pasa si mi audiencia no compra mucho?

Sin penalización — tu cuenta permanece activa. Solo desactivaremos las cuentas que pasen más de 12 meses sin un solo clic, solo para mantener el panel de control limpio.
