Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to process and ship all orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).
Some items or promotions may be excluded.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Lost packages due to address errors

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.


International Orders

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes may be charged by your country and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any import fees required by their country.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Please contact the carrier directly first.

  • Then contact us with your order number, and we will help you file a claim.
