How do I join?+
Make an account at checkout, or join in-studio. You’re in Cream tier from the first second.
When does my tier reset?+
Tier progress tracks the calendar year and resets every January 1. Studio members keep Cocoa for as long as their plan is active.
I’m a studio member already — do I need to do anything?+
Nope. The moment your studio plan activates — Unlimited Booth or the Spray Tan Addicts Club — you’re Cocoa. Online orders, in-studio sprays — same account, same tier.
Can I gift my points?+
Not yet — but you can gift a SoBe gift card and use your referral link for the friend signup credit.
What happens to my points if I cancel my studio plan?+
Your earned points stay. You drop to whichever tier matches your annual spend at the time of cancellation.
